So, the good folks at Crossloop have set me up with a few applications and gadgets that I'm pretty excited about.  They've invited me to be an 'expert', and I'm happy to oblige. 

You may notice something new in my sidebar.  Using that 'I can Help!' link enables you to make arrangements with me for technical advice, or services.  Tech support is a real interest of mine, and this gives me the ability to do a better job of it.  I really like the reputation system that Crossloop has created, so that strangers in need can find trustworthy assistance from quality tech supporters, like myself.
